How to Use Your Access Code
Welcome to Futbika Metrics! This guide will help you understand how to use your access code and participate in providing feedback about your child's academy experience.
Your club will send you a unique access code via email. This code is anonymous and only you and your club know which code belongs to you.
Visit metrics.futbika.com and choose 'Parent' as your role.
On the login page, enter your 6-8 character access code (e.g., WARTA-P001). Codes are case-insensitive.
You'll see 8-10 simple questions about different aspects of your child's academy experience. Rate each initiative on a scale of 0-100 using the sliders.
Once you've answered all questions, click 'Submit Feedback'. Your responses are immediately aggregated with other parents' feedback.
Yes, completely. Futbika Metrics does not know your identity. Only your club manages the mapping between codes and people. Not even the technical team or club staff can see individual responses—only aggregated data.
Your club will inform you when they need feedback. Typically, this happens once per month or at key moments during the season.
No, once submitted, responses cannot be edited. This ensures data integrity. However, you can submit new feedback the next time your club requests it.
Your responses are aggregated with other parents' feedback to identify group-level trends. The club uses this data to improve the academy environment.
Contact your club administrator. They can resend your code or provide you with a new one.
Make sure you're entering the code exactly as provided (spaces and hyphens matter). If it still doesn't work, contact your club.
Your club may not be active on Futbika Metrics yet. Contact your club administrator for more information.
If you experience technical problems, contact support at [email protected] with details about the issue.
Futbika Metrics is designed with privacy first. Your code is anonymous, and all data is aggregated at team or club level. Individual responses are never shown or analyzed separately—not even by the technical team, club staff, or Futbika. Only group trends are visible.
