General Questions

What is Futbika Metrics?

Futbika Metrics is a decision support platform for football clubs that transforms human signals (team context, internal climate, and wellbeing) into aggregated and actionable metrics. It does not measure individuals or isolated performance. It helps clubs understand collective patterns that normally don't appear in traditional data. Privacy and anonymity are not an added feature, but the foundation of the system.

How does the access code system work?

Each user receives a unique anonymous code from their club. This code allows you to submit feedback while maintaining complete privacy. Only your club knows the mapping between codes and people.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All responses are encrypted and aggregated immediately. Individual responses are never shown or analyzed separately—not even by the technical team, club staff, or Futbika. Only group trends are visible.

How often should I submit feedback?

Your club will inform you when feedback is needed. Typically, this happens weekly for players and monthly for parents, or at key moments during the season.

Can I change my responses after submitting?

No, once submitted, responses cannot be edited to ensure data integrity. However, you can submit new feedback the next time your club requests it.

I lost my access code. What should I do?

Contact your club administrator or coach. They can resend your code or provide you with a new one.

What happens if I don't submit feedback?

Participation is voluntary. However, your input helps your club improve the academy environment and better support players.

Can I see other people's responses?

No. Individual responses are completely private. Only aggregated group-level data is visible to club administrators.

Which browsers are supported?

Futbika Metrics works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Can I use Futbika Metrics on mobile?

Yes! The platform is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets.

My code isn't working. What should I do?

Make sure you're entering the code exactly as provided (spaces and hyphens matter). If it still doesn't work, contact your club administrator.

Privacy & Security

Who can see my individual responses?

Nobody. Your individual responses are never shown to anyone—not the club, not Futbika, not even the technical team. Only aggregated group data is visible.

How is my anonymity protected?

Your access code is not linked to your identity in the Futbika Metrics system. Only your club maintains the mapping between codes and people, and this information is never shared with Futbika.

What data does Futbika Metrics collect?

We only collect your feedback responses and the timestamp of submission. We do not collect personal information, IP addresses, or device identifiers.

Can the club identify me from my responses?

No. The club only sees aggregated data at team or group level. Individual responses are never displayed, even to club administrators.

For Club Administrators

How do I generate access codes?

Access codes are automatically generated by Futbika Metrics and assigned to your club from the Internal Admin. The club then decides how to distribute them internally (by team, category, or person), but does not need to create them manually. Each code is an anonymous identifier that contains no personal data.

Can I resend codes to users?

Futbika Metrics allows clubs to resend official emails with access codes when needed. However, the final distribution of codes (one-to-one to parents or players) is the club's responsibility and is done manually, outside the platform. This approach ensures that Futbika Metrics has no access to personal identities and works exclusively with aggregated data.

How do I view feedback data?

Access the Club Dashboard to view aggregated metrics, trends, and insights. You can filter by team, time period, and category.

Can I export data for reports?

Yes. The Club Dashboard includes export functionality for generating reports for stakeholders and board members.
